Red Chili Chutney

Ingredients
  • 1 cup dried red chili
  • 1 small onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil (optional)
Directions
  1. Grind onion and chili with ½ cup water, to a fine paste.  Add salt to taste.
  2. Add oil and mix well.
  3. Serve with dosa.
