- 4 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 large onion, coarsely chopped
- 4-5 fresh green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- ½ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 6-8 curry leaves
- salt to taste
- Cook potatoes, onion, green chilli, ginger, turmeric powder and salt in 5 cups of water. Remove from heat.
- Add curry leaves, oil, and stir well.
Quantity of water can be varied depending on the required consistency.
